Northwoods Warehouse collects information to provide a high level of service and order tracking. Our goal is to create a friendly and easy to use website that allows you to shop without having to tediously re-enter personal data. Please keep in mind that you may visit our site anonymously.

There are two main ways Northwoods Warehouse uses your information:

At registration and during the ordering process, before checking out, Northwoods Warehouse will ask you to enter an online registration form. During registration, you will be asked to give us your personal information including your name, shipping and billing address, phone number, payment information (credit card number), and email address.

These pieces of information are used for billing, to complete orders and to speak with you regarding your order. They may also be used for Northwoods Warehouse’s marketing purposes. If we have an issue with your order, we may use this information to contact you.

Northwoods Warehouse may contact you via email for transactional purposes if you have previously shared that contact information with us on our site. These messages will be for transactional purposes only, such as following up on an attempted purchase, and are in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act.

Northwoods Warehouse employs cookies that recognize your unique web presence and access privileges, and track your usage. Northwoods Warehouse also uses other web tracking analytical web software such as Google Analytics to track general traffic patterns and preferences.

Northwoods Warehouse takes great steps to ensure that your data is collected safely and is protected at all times. We employ several internal and external methods of high security to ensure your personal and financial data is safe from potential fraud.

Our merchant seal means that our website is not only protected by secure transaction technology through Authorize.net but that we’ve taken the steps to ensure our environment for collecting your data meets or exceeds their standards for doing business. Additional Privacy Considerations

We do not knowingly or intentionally collect personal information from children under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, please don’t submit any personal information to us, and please rely on a parent or guardian to assist you.

We use your information internally to complete your order, process it, and provide you with any additional customer service you may need. Your order and shipping information is shared with any manufacturer that you may have selected to purchase from us to ensure you receive your product in a timely manner due to the method of our business. Our agreement with our manufacturer/vendors and brands ensures that your information is not ‘sold’ or used by these third parties in any way outside of fulfilling your order and providing warranty, returns, or any other applicable customer service needed.

Northwoods Warehouse does not sell, rent, license, or disclose any of your personal or financial information to anyone other than our Northwoods Warehouse affiliates. Our disclosure to our affiliates is solely to perform the function of processing your order, servicing a warranty or providing customer service. It’s our promise to you to protect your data and your privacy.

In the event of a request from law enforcement to disclose personal, financial and other information, Northwoods Warehouse will comply with all investigations. Northwoods Warehouse requires the proper subpoenas and court orders before we do provide any information. We will also release any necessary information when disclosure is needed to protect our legal rights, to enforce our Terms of Use or other agreements. Upon your request we will stop sending you emails, disable your account for any purchases, or update any customer information you require.

Policy Updates

This privacy policy applies to Northwoods Warehouse. This privacy policy does not necessarily apply to any offline collection of your personal information. Northwoods Warehouse is not responsible for the content or privacy practices on any website not operated by Northwoods Warehouse to which our website links or that links to our site.

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time.

This policy pertains to user data collected and tracked online and does not pertain to information collected offline.

Returns & Replacements

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we will do our best to ensure you are getting products that you love. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in accordance with our return policy, 90 days from the delivery of your merchandise.

Our Return Policy:

Items can be returned within 90 days after the delivery of your merchandise with our authorization. Items that have been installed, used, scratched, or otherwise damaged, and is no longer in new condition, should not and cannot be returned, refunded, replaced, or exchanged. All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging, and must include all parts and paperwork.

The only exception to the policy stated above, is for items that were damaged in shipping, or has a manufacturer defect. Items damaged in shipping must be brought to our attention within 14 days, so we can properly help you get a replacement. Defective items are covered under its warranty policy.

Additionally, any item that utilizes gas, oil, or both, must be returned within 30 days of purchase, in the original packaging. Any item cannot be returned if it has been gassed or oiled. If said product has been gassed or oiled, it needs to be taken to an authorized service center for repair. This may or may not be covered under warranty.

The warranty for each product is according to the specific manufacturer’s policy. Should you have a warranty issue, please complete our Return Request Form, email us, or give us a call, and we will facilitate a warranty service request between you and the manufacturer.

Refunds are given for the cost of the product only. Keep in mind that the cost of return shipping is deducted from the total refund amount.

Returns must be sent to the address specified by Northwoods Warehouse within 14 days of our authorization. Any returns sent to us outside of our 14 day policy, will not be accepted, and will not be refunded.

Within 24-48 hours of receiving your return merchandise request, we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) and give you instructions on what to do next in accordance with our policy (Excludes: Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays).

Why Do I need an RMA Number?

1. Identification of your returned merchandise. Our warehouses receive hundreds of packages every day. Without an RMA#, your package may become lost.

2. The RMA number ensures your package gets to the right warehouse. We ship from multiple warehouses throughout the United States to ensure you get your order as fast as possible. Returned merchandise must be sent to the location we direct your return to. Shipping your return to the wrong warehouse or to our mailing address will significantly delay the processing of your return and may result in additional fees. This may also result in the loss of packages. We are not responsible for lost packages.

3. Avoiding lost returns. Your package can easily become lost without a proper RMA number and tracking number. Without these numbers, identifying a lost package is nearly impossible. If we do not receive your package, or cannot find it, we cannot process your return.

My Order Was Damaged in Shipping, Now What?

If your order arrives with obvious damage and you refused the shipment, please notify us immediately and we will make arrangements to ship you a replacement. If you discover that your order was damaged after receiving it, please complete a Return Request Form.

You will be issued a RMA # and we will provide you with instructions on what to do next in accordance with our return policy. Arrangements to ship a replacement will be made as soon as possible. In the meantime, please prepare the damaged merchandise for pickup.

In most cases, the carrier that shipped the merchandise will be by to pick it up for inspection. Please keep a copy of the pickup tracking number as you might need it for future reference. This is your proof that the carrier picked up the merchandise for shipping and damage inspection.

Please Note: Providing photos of the damaged box and item will help speed up the ship damage process. For common carrier shipments, merchandise must be inspected prior to signing for the item. Any shipping damage must be noted on the shipping receipt at the time of delivery.

If you have noted shipping damage with the carrier, you may contact us to file a claim within 3 business days from the date of delivery. Arrangements to ship you a replacement will be made as soon as possible. Items may be returned ONLY if damage was documented and shipment was refused. By signing the bill of lading without documenting any images, the signee is acknowledging that the product was delivered free of damage, non-returnable, and that a ship damage claim can no longer be filed. Items cannot be returned if accepted by signee.

My Order was Lost in Transit, Now What?

In the event that you do not receive your merchandise because it has been lost in transit, please notify us immediately. We will work with the carrier to find and deliver your order. In most cases the carrier finds and delivers the package in 1-2 days. Of course we will make arrangements to ship a replacement when needed.


Each product on our site is backed by a manufacturer warranty if specifically stated, and as such, the specific terms of warranties vary from product to product. Please contact us so that we may file a warranty claim directly with the manufacturer on your behalf; as well as, assist you in obtaining a phone number for the manufacturer so that you may contact them directly if you wish to expedite the process. If you are returning your merchandise as part of a warranty claim or if a defect has occurred during the intended use of the product and the product is eligible for warranty, we will make a request directly to the manufacturer on your behalf. Refunds may not be allowed on warranty claims, due to the manufacturer’s right to repair or replace defected merchandise.

There Was an Error in My Order

Although it rarely happens, in the case your order arrives with an error (i.e., what you received is not what you ordered) or is defective, please notify us by completing a Return Request Form. You will be issued a RMA# and provided with instructions on what to do next.


1. If you are returning your merchandise and would like a refund, your credit card will be refunded the original purchase price once the returned merchandise is back en-route to the warehouse. Please note that return shipping will be deducted from refund amount.

2. If you are returning your merchandise and would like a replacement, once the returned merchandise is back en-route to the warehouse, we will process your replacement a requested. Should the price of the exchange exceed the original purchase of your return, your credit card will be charged for the difference in cost plus shipping fees. In the event that exchange plus the shipping fees are still less than the original purchase price of your returned merchandise, then you will be issued a refund for the difference in cost. Note: Shipping and additional handling fees are non-refundable. You will be provided a prepaid label.

3. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to post to your account; the time varies depending on the financial institution.

4. Should you need your replacement right away and you do not want to wait for us to receive and inspect the original merchandise being returned, prior to shipping out your replacement/exchange request, we suggest that you contact us specifying that you would like a refund and simply place a new order.


Unless otherwise indicated, all orders are shipped no later than 48 hours of receipt. Shipping occurs Monday – Friday, 8am - 5pm. NWW’s vendor partners stock some items for NWW. Items stocked at one of Northwoods Warehouse, Inc. warehouse’s ship same day if received by 2:00 PM central time. Our vendor partners have committed to ship within 48 hours for items they are stocking for us. 


Northwoods Warehouse is currently using the following carriers, however, reserves the right to use a carrier of their choice.

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • And select freight carriers

Order Tracking:

Tracking information will be provided upon receipt from the Carrier. This usually occurs not more than 24 hours from shipment pick up. We will update your order with the tracking information as soon as we receive it. 

Shipping Rates:

The shipping rate is based on a combination of the weight of your product, and your ship to zip code. We provide shipping estimates before you add the item to your cart. There are several shipping options, including overnight and ground. Prior to final checkout you will have the opportunity to select the shipping option that best suits your needs.

LTL Shipping:

All product over 150 lbs. will ship LTL freight (less than truckload freight). To ensure the best shipping quote on these products, please call us Toll Free at 1-888-745-8124, (763-710-4139) or submit a ‘Get LTL Quote’ request via email. We will need to know a few specifics, such as: 

  • Is this a commercial or residential property?
  • Is a lift-gate needed?
  • Or, are there any special instructions?

Sales Tax

Sales and/or shipping tax will only be subject to shipments sold within the states of Minnesota and Texas.

Truck Freight Shipments

In certain conditions some shipments will be too heavy to be shipped using normal freight options. You will be notified when your shipment is to be shipped through Truck Freight. Please call us at (763) 710-4139 or toll free 1-888-745-8124 or email us at guestservices@northwoodswarehouse.com for your freight quote. You will be contacted to schedule a delivery time for where you will have help on hand to help you unload. Please note that you are responsible for unloading. Truck Freight companies do not require drivers to unload shipments. There may be an additional lift gate fee if drivers do unload the merchandise.

Limitation of Liability for Merchandise

Northwoods Warehouse renounces all liabilities for any defective product claims that include, but not limited to, negligence by act or omission. Northwoods Warehouse is not liable for any type of damages that may result from the use, or inability to use, items sold on NothwoodsWarehouse.com, even if Northwoods Warehouse or a representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no case, shall our liability to you exceed the purchase price paid for a product that gives rise to such liability.

Accuracy and Content

In the event that a NorthwoodsWarehouse.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Northwoods Warehouse reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. NorthwoodsWarehouse.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase, and your order has been canceled, Northwoods Warehouse shall issue credit to your credit card account for the amount of the incorrect price.
